BARN

This building was built in 1996, initially used for storage during
the time that the House was being built. It has power, gas, water, phone, and
plumbing for installing a water heater and a half-bath. It also has trees
around it that make it almost impossible to photograph!

The Barn is custom-built with a tin roof and T-111 siding.

It has 4 bays, 3 of which have 9-foot ceilings.

The bay labeled "woodworking shop" in the floor
plan below has insulated ceiling & walls.

The attic - partially floored - is
accessed via a substantial built-in stair.

The RV bay has a high enough ceiling & space enough to accommodate a large motor
home.
